I did a small study based on Happy Cow listings and the best place is Chiang Mai in Thailand! :) https://www.nofootprintnomads.com/vegetarian-life-in-chiang-mai-and-thailand-with-maps/

Has anyone ever been to Tesagan Kin Jae in Thailand? This is their annual vegetarian (vegan) festival in Thailand. It's like 9-11 days long. Sounds tasty! Would be awesome to make a group trip out of it!

Yes, I attended in Phuket with VegVoyages a few years ago. It's an amazing time to go to Thailand as a vegetarian or vegan! Other times of year can be very difficult, since they put fish or other meat sauces in nearly everything. The curries almost always have fish sauce, even in the USA.
